Sports Injury & Physiotherapy Clinic

Education
Becca completed her degree in Sport and Management at the University of Abertay in 2021.

It was here she discovered a passion for sports massage through placement opportunities and further courses which she completed alongside the university course.

Career
She started working as a sports massage therapist in Dundee and Blairgowrie developing skills with a variety different clients including dancers, strongmen and footballers.

Her focus is to ensure that treatment is specific for the needs of the individual, getting them back to activity as safely and quickly as possible. Becca then moved back to Stirling and has been working with all types of clients from young to old, manual workers and desk based professionals.

Approach
Whatever your activity level Becca takes an patient centred approach combining a variety of techniques and modalities that ensure the best possible results. As part of her sessions, she also provides detailed stretching and recovery plans when required to aid recovery.

Becca has worked in sporting environments from the age of 14, starting with coaching cheerleading, gymnastics and dancing. Her passion for sport grew as she developed a desire
to help enhance an individual’s performance.

Interests

Becca is an active person who loves all things to do with sport and the mental and physical challenges it brings. Whether it’s walking her dog, competing with Scotland’s cheerleading team or practicing hot yoga, she is always looking for new things to experience. Contrary to Becca’s active lifestyle she is a massive fast-food fanatic and does like to indulge in a MCD’S after a hard training session.
