I had a session with Louise for massage, for tight hips/glutes/quads and in particular a problematic stiff shoulder. Louise was excellent, friendly and clearly explaining the root of problems I'd come to discuss, and showing me exercises. And after the session she sent videos of the exercises to carry out at home. It made a huge difference for me all round, my legs felt much better after the session and I now understand my shoulder problem, which I had ignored for years - information helps, you realise that you don't have to "just put up with it" because it's part of getting older and stiffer! I'm thinking differently about posture, and carrying on with the stretches. It really makes a difference. Don't just put up with the creaks and pains!Posted on Google![]()

Louise was great. She diagnosed my issue quickly, devised an exercise routine for me that would fix things, and explained the issue and the exercises to me in a way I could easily follow.Posted on Google![]()

Had a few leg and back, deep tissue massages from Eve Sheppard. Really helped my situation. I would not have been able to handle the 9 day bus tour without having had the massages. Wouldn't hesitate to return if needed.
How it works

Injury assessment & treatment
During your first visit to the injury clinic, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your condition. This process begins with a detailed discussion about how, when, and where the injury occurred. By understanding your injury history, lifestyle, and any relevant medical background, we can identify any potential predisposing factors.
Following this, a comprehensive hands-on evaluation of the injury will take place. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll discuss our findings with you and develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan will likely include hands-on therapy as well as exercise-based rehabilitation, all aimed at helping you return to full strength and resume your daily activities confidently.

Follow up assessment and treatment
Follow up sessions will include a brief discussion of the developments since your first visit and then followed with treatment and development of your rehab programme.

Massage
Massage is used for general relaxation, enhancing circulation, manual stretching and mobilisation, and addressing specific issues such as scarring, muscle spasms, and edema. It can be incorporated into your injury treatment plan or used as a standalone "maintenance" therapy, even if you don't have any current injury concerns.

Exercise programme
Our team of exercise professionals can create and implement tailored plans to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether alongside your injury rehabilitation or as standalone programs to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, or athletic performance. Please reach out to learn more about how we can support you.
