Career
working in the sports and fitness industry for the past thirty years in a broad spectrum of areas. I have Sports coaching, knowledge and experience with teaching swimming, football, tennis, volleyball and many more. Weight lifting and gym instructor in various gyms,

Became P.T.I then Sports Centre Manager in HMP Wolds running the prison remedial injuries referral scheme and delivering Heartstart first response scheme.

Practised as a therapist for the past twenty years supporting patient's needs in local communities.

Interests
Enjoy keeping fit through walking, gym, circuits and swimming and finishing off in the jacuzzi.

Approach

Using knowledge from sports, fitness, psychology and therapy helping plan a programme for a successful outcome. Using a hands on approach, techniques are used to free up, align and build strength in the soft tissue of tendons and muscles. The techniques can help restore muscle strength, flexibility, tone and repair. Helping the body to heal and restore balance.
